We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. This Notice & Takedown Policy explains how copyright owners (or their authorized agents) can report allegedly infringing content hosted on our Service, and how uploaders can respond.
This policy applies to content hosted or displayed on domains operated by [qiqitv.info/HdxVideo] (“we”, “us”, “our”).
If you believe material on our Service infringes your rights, please email a notice to [admin@hdxplayer.net] with the subject line “Takedown Notice”. Your notice must include:
Your full name, organization (if any), role, postal address, country, email, and phone number.
A clear identification of the work(s) you claim are infringed (title, creator, publication year, links to authorized versions, or other proof of ownership/authorization).
The exact URL(s) on our Service where the allegedly infringing material appears. One URL per line.
A statement describing why the use is unauthorized (e.g., no license, exceeds license scope, not covered by an exception/limitation).
A good-faith statement:
“I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.”
An accuracy and authority statement:
“I declare that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the rights holder or authorized to act on the rights holder’s behalf. I understand that misrepresentations may result in legal consequences.”
Your physical or electronic signature (typed full name is acceptable).
Tip: If the content is a video, include timecodes, screenshots, and any fingerprint/hash you can provide.
We acknowledge receipt and review whether the notice is complete and facially valid.
We may disable access to the reported URL(s) while we assess the claim.
We will notify the uploader (if applicable) with the substance of your notice.
Where feasible, removals include associated thumbnails, previews, and cached copies on our Service/CDN.
We may retain a non-public backup of the material for evidentiary purposes.
If your content was removed and you believe it was taken down due to mistake or misidentification, you may send a Counter-Notice to [admin@hdxplayer.net] with subject “Counter-Notice”:
Your full name, address, country, email, and phone number.
The exact URL(s) that were removed and a description of the content.
A statement explaining why the removal was a mistake or the use is authorized.
An accuracy and authority statement:
“I declare that the information in this counter-notice is accurate and that I am the uploader or authorized to act on the uploader’s behalf.”
Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a complete counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant. If we do not receive evidence of a court action from the complainant within a reasonable period, we may restore the content at our discretion.
Accounts subject to repeated valid notices may face escalating actions, including content restrictions, account suspension, or termination.
Submitting fraudulent or abusive notices/counter-notices is prohibited and may have legal consequences and/or platform sanctions.
Nothing in this policy constitutes legal advice. Requirements can vary by jurisdiction. Rights holders and users should consult counsel for specific questions.
